Monster Career believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
Our team will follow up with you "the customer" for 24 hours for pending documents, post which there will be no claim of non delivery and TAT of delivery of product will start from the day the documents are received.
Refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good.
In case of receipt of unsatisfied Career Services please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 10 days of receipt of the products.
If the dispute is raised after 15 days of making the payment it would not be entertained & there would be no refund.You are requested to share the above documents within 7 days of placing an order. In case you fail to share the documents within the defined timeline, the company will not be held responsible & no refund will be applicable in such scenario.
Services will be delivered via email on the email Id shared with us at the time of placing an order. You are requested to inform us about rectification required on the delivered services within 48 hrs via email on firstname.lastname@example.org, or else it will be considered that you are satisfied with the services and no refund will be applicable.

Any Refund/Cancellation request will be entertained within 48 Hours of placing the order, however post 48 hours we will rework on your service. Refunds are not being provided for products that have already been approved by the customer. Refunds will be processed within 30 working days.
